• Items that are sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
• Please check your order form before submitting as no exchange is allowed if you ordered the wrong item, has paid and received the item
• For any defect item, Dip and Roll will do a 1-to-1 exchange
• Inform us about any defect item within 3 days from receiving,and attach a snapshot of the defect/s
• Item must be in its original state (not worn/wash) for any exchange
• Please allow slight differ in colour of items due to resolution setting
• We are not liable for any loss of normal mail, so opt for registered mail
• Please allow an allowance of 0.5-1 cm for the measurement of items
• By submitting the order form, it means that you have agreed to the T&C of Dip and Roll
• We reserve the rights to alter the T&C at our own discretion
